General Knowledge Paper में भारत के इतिहास, संस्कृति, भूगोल, संविधान, अर्थव्यवस्था, समसामयिक घटनाओं और सामाजिक विषयों से प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।

New Criminal Laws for UP PCS-J Mains Preparation

भारत में 1 जुलाई 2024 से तीन नए आपराधिक कानून लागू हुए हैं।

अभ्यर्थियों को पुराने एवं नए आपराधिक कानूनों के महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधानों का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करना चाहिए।

अगली UPPSC Judiciary Notification में नए कानूनों से संबंधित जो पाठ्यक्रम एवं निर्देश जारी किए जाएँगे, वही मान्य होंगे।

UP PCS-J Interview / Viva-Voce

Mains Written Examination के बाद सफल अभ्यर्थियों को Interview के लिए बुलाया जाता है।

Interview में उम्मीदवार की न्यायिक सेवा के लिए उपयुक्तता का मूल्यांकन किया जाता है, जिसमें ज्ञान, योग्यता, व्यक्तित्व और चरित्र जैसे पहलुओं पर ध्यान दिया जाता है।

अंतिम मेरिट निर्धारित करने में Mains Written Examination और Interview के अंकों को जोड़ा जाता है।
